k222 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

When you visit the k222 website, create an account, make a deposit or place any bet, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with k222 on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. Your acceptance is confirmed by the act of using the platform – you do not need to sign anything separately.

These terms apply to all k222 products and services, including but not limited to Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, Ludo Games, Esports Betting, the VIP Club and all promotional offers. Where a specific game or feature has its own supplementary rules, those rules apply in addition to these general terms. In any conflict between a specific game rule and these general terms, the more specific rule governs for that game.

Continued use of k222 after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and play on k222, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. k222 does not permit any player under the age of 18 to register, deposit or bet on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan and accessing k222 from within Pakistan.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement – meaning you must not be under any legal restriction that prevents you from contracting.
• You must not be a current employee, director or contractor of k222, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless k222 has provided written permission for you to play.

k222 takes age verification seriously. We may ask you to provide documentation confirming your age and identity at any time. If you cannot or will not provide satisfactory documentation, k222 reserves the right to restrict or close your account and withhold any balance until the matter is resolved.

Each individual may hold only one account on k222. Operating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using someone else's details – is a serious violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited. If you already have an account that you cannot access, please contact k222 support to recover it before registering again.

When registering you must provide accurate information. Your registered name, date of birth and contact details must be truthful and must match your government-issued identity documents. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your k222 login credentials – your password and any two-factor authentication details – secure. Do not share your password with anyone. k222 will never ask for your full password through email or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact k222 support immediately.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, give or assign your k222 account to another person.
• You must update your account details promptly if your contact information changes.
• k222 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a selfie. This process is standard industry practice and protects your account.

k222 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees on k222 transactions.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks. Minimum deposit is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits from Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit within 30 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours.

Withdrawals: You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing. Providing this documentation promptly ensures the fastest possible payout.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on k222 come with a wagering requirement – a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus (and sometimes the deposit) must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days after being credited unless specified otherwise. Wagering deadlines for active bonuses are stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Abuse: k222 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the promotional system. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, coordinating bets with other players to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk or any other behaviour that exploits the promotion structure in a way not intended by k222.

All card games on k222 – including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Poker – use a random number generator (RNG) that is independently certified and audited monthly. This ensures that no outcome is predictable or manipulable by any party, including k222 itself.

Each game on k222 has its own specific rules accessible via the Rules button within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before playing. k222 is not liable for losses resulting from a player misunderstanding how a game works.

For Live Dealer games, a physical dealer conducts the game on camera. Results are governed by the physical cards dealt. In cases of technical failure during a live dealer round, the round may be voided and stakes returned at k222's discretion.

For Esports Betting, k222 uses official match data from tournament organisers to settle bets. If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours or declared a no-contest by the organiser, affected bets are voided and stakes returned. k222 does not accept liability for result-based disputes where the outcome has been determined by the official event organiser.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on k222. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and all outstanding balances subject to review or forfeiture.

• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage, share information during a live game or split winnings in a way that undermines the integrity of a table or tournament.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another player in a coordinated fashion, typically to transfer value between accounts or manipulate leaderboards.
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using any software, script or automated tool to play on your behalf, place bets, respond to game events or interact with the k222 platform in any way that is not through the standard user interface operated manually.
• Exploiting Software Bugs: Deliberately taking advantage of a known or discovered bug, glitch or error in the k222 platform to generate outcomes that would not occur in normal operation.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one k222 account for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent account restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using k222 to process, conceal or transfer funds of illegal origin. k222 is required by law to report suspicious financial activity.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, borrowed or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into k222.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Harassing, threatening or directing abusive language at k222 staff or other players through any channel.

k222 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Detection of prohibited conduct including collusion, bot use or fraud.
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (inactive account policy – any remaining real-money balance will be held for a further 12 months before potential forfeiture, in accordance with applicable regulations).
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Any requirement arising from a legal or regulatory obligation.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, k222 may withhold your balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that your winnings were generated through legitimate play, the balance will be returned. If the investigation determines that prohibited conduct was involved, the balance may be forfeited.

You may close your k222 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe after any verification requirements are met.

k222 collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide the gaming platform and comply with legal obligations. This includes your name, contact information, payment details, gaming activity and device information. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k222 platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, modify, publicly display or distribute any part of the k222 platform without express written permission. Unauthorised use of k222's intellectual property may result in legal action.

k222 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While k222 works hard to maintain 99.9% uptime and a consistent experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. k222 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime or maintenance windows.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays by third-party payment processors beyond k222's control.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages or government actions.
• Losses resulting from a player's own error in selecting a game, stake amount or market.

k222's total liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. This limitation does not apply to fraud or willful misconduct by k222.

k222 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. For material changes – those that significantly affect player rights or obligations – k222 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email or mobile number registered to your account before the change takes effect.
